Dizzy parked up at her current home in Penzance in Cornwall, by Rosevidney her last owners, some bright spark did ask us to why we didnt call her 'Rose' as a histiorical link. Well we didnt, because my wife thinks I am totally bonkers in taking this job on, so Dizzy she is.

02/04/07 Dizzy renamed Rose, parked at her new home courtesy of Amber Coaches at Rayleigh, standing proudly next to her peers. Journey time took an enormous 12 hours. Left Penzance at 8.00pm Sunday and finally pulled into Rayleigh at 8.00am the following Monday.

14/04/07 The exhaust back pipe, reason why we took so long getting home, it came adrift on the M4, lit up the motorway like a set of fireworks as it was still attached to the chassis. Pulled into a service station at 1.30am and waited 3hrs for a truck rescue . Many thanks to Titcombe Garage Ltd, for unbolting it for us and getting us back on the road.

25/04/07 The work has finally begun on Rose, most of the seats have now been removed, leaving acres of space for us to design and fill.Roof height is a nice 1.9m, 6ft 1in to you and me, and width is 2.4m, 7ft 8in. It is amazing just how much space there is with the seating out.

14/05/07 Rose with her luggage racks pulled out, she has now lost a third of her original weight. Meaning that Rose now does a heady 18/20 miles to the gallon, further green initiatives are currently being explored. .......Has anyone got a skip handy?........
