Important Information Regarding your Spectacle and Glasses Purchase

Please note that when puchasing spectacles or glasses from this site with prescription lenses, Spectacles.gb (Rayleigh) Ltd, have a policy that payment will not be taken until we have received the frames and prescription lenses, only then do we take payment from you.
Reasons for this is certain frames and lenses have to be speciallly ordered in, and in some cases can take up to week or more before we receive them, bearing this in mind, we feel it is prudent to take payment once we have received them from our suppliers.

Important Varifocal Information

Pupilometers

The Digital Pupilometer or PD measurer, as it is commonly known, is a small handy piece of equipment that we send out to clients that can't get their PD measurement. It is 6"x 6", and takes only 30 seconds to operate. Full instructions are supplied with the equipment and 2 people are required to fulfill the operation.
Basically the Pupilometer is held up to face like a pair of binoculars, the client looks through at a light inside. The operator then look through the peep hole and slides the wire target till it is disecting the middle of the clients pupil. Once the first eye has been done he blocks that eye of using a slider located on the top and repeats the proceedeur for the opposite eye. Once completed the digital screen will give the respective measurements for each eye.
If you order the PD measurer and then order your varifocals from us we will deduct the £10.00 charge from the cost of your new varifocal glasses.

Please note you will be liable for return postage back to us.

We want your new varifocals to be correct and easy to wear, and we dont take chances on your measurements, we have a 100% record on varifocals over the Web, so help us to keep it that way.
